A) Approval of Motorola Solutions contract for body cameras in the Police Department.
B) Approval of Animal Shelter Finder /Affidavit of Animal Release form.
C) Approval of a 3-year contract with LB Technology Inc. for GPS Telematics fleet tracking in the Police Department.
D) Approval of Street closure on MLK Jr Street, Southern to Hill Street on June 14, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to host a Juneteenth Event.
E) Approval to close 1203 Nesbit Drive, Nesbit, MS from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on April 19, 2025 for Animal Shelter Easter Paw Palooza Car Show and Egg Hunt.
F) Approval for Jade Grissom and Makala Davis to attend and pay registration for APCO CTO Class held at the Hernando PD on 4/23-4/25/2025.
G) Approval for Jasmine Love to attend Hearing & Speech Awareness class in Tupelo, MS on 3/6/2025 and pay for registration.

I) Approval for Maggie McCary and Toriana Smith to attend Domestic Violence class on 5/20/2025 held at the Hernando PD and pay for registration.
J) Approval to enter into an agreement with Pinnacle Sports Productions Inc. to host a “3v3 Live” soccer tournament at the Hernando Soccer Complex on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
K) Approval to host, in partnership with the Hernando Sportsplex at the Gatorade Fieldhouse, a Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Hernando Parks and Recreation will receive the entry fees for the event.
L) Approval to surplus unused youth golf clubs and to donate them to the City of Greenville, MS for us in their youth golf program at their municipal course that begins in March.
M) Approval for the use of the Gale Center at no cost to the House of Grace, a non-profit organization, for a Bingo Fundraiser. All prizes are donated and there will be no cash payouts. Saturday, April 26, 2025 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm.
N) Authorize M. Berry, M. Massey, A. Bridgewater, and C. Barnette to attend MS. Fire Investigators Association Spring Conference in Biloxi, MS. on March 25-28, 2025. Also authorize to pay registration and travel.
O) Approval to apply for Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant funding from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks for repair work at the track located at Kuykendall Fitness Park. The program provides 80/20 matching grants, with the maximum award of $120,000. Applications submitted are for award in October 2025.

The subject property is located on the west side of McIngvale Rd and north side of I-269. The property is currently zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development. –Nick Kreunen, Civil Link, representing the owner.

15) Approval of Hernando Parkway Water Plant Improvements ARPA Project change order of $20,568.00 from Cleveland Construction.
16) Approval to pay Cleveland Construction’s invoice totaling $179,880.50 for Hernando Parkway Water Plant Improvements ARPA Project.
17) Approval to accept the lowest and best bid of $2,546,810.65 for the Reconstruction of McIngvale Road MPO project STP-0109-00(010) LPA/109432701000 from Double T Construction LLC.
18) Approval for reduction of letters of credit – Montclair Phases 4, 5, and 6.
