7) Consent Agenda
A) Request to waive tap fees for the National Guard Armory at 774 Starlanding Road.
B) Approval for Ed Espitia to attend gWorks training conference in October or November when training is available and pay all registration and travel costs.
C) Approve M. Berry and S. Witt to travel to Appleton, Wisconsin on October 30 – November 2, 2025 to tour the Pierce Firetruck Facility. No expense to the city.
D) Approval to close Panola Street, between Losher St. and W. South St., on Tuesday November 18, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi Giving Tuesday "The Heart of Mississippi Gives" Kickoff Party Celebration. The event is 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
E) Approval for the Police Department to hold a Golf Tournament with proceeds to benefit Shop with a Cop November 3, 2025 and a date change to be determined in the event of inclement weather.

11) Authorize VIN: 1N4BL4BV1SN303655 as unmarked, pursuant to MS Code 25-1-87. (this vehicle replaces previously unmarked vehicle with VIN: 2G11X5SA6H9146447).

13) Approval to publish Solid Waste Management Cost as required by §17-17-348.
