6) Approve Minutes from the Regular Mayor and Board of Aldermen Meeting on 
November 4, 2025.

7) Consent
A) Approval to renew the agreement with Aloompa for the City of Hernando APP.
B) Approval for Gia Matheny and Mayor Johnson to attend Main Street Capitol Day in Jackson, MS on March 3-4, 2026 and pay any registration and all travel expenses.
C) Approval for Toriana Smith to attend APCO Crisis Negotiations online class registration cost $335.00.
D) Approval to close streets for the 2026 Water Tower Festival.
Panola Street, Losher Street to Highway 51, Commerce Street from Highway 51 to City Hall, Caffey Street, Memphis Street and West Center Street from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
E) Approval to close streets for the Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce 2026 Christmas Parade on Monday, December 7, 2026. Line up will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Vaiden Street with the Parade beginning at 6:30 p.m. following the usual parade route. Make up day will be Monday, December 14, 2026.
F) Approval for Sunset on the Square every Thursday night in June, 2026. June 4, 11, 18, and 25. Food trucks will be setting up around 5:00p.m. and gone around 9:30 p.m.
G) Approval of cloud subscription with Salesforce.com Government at Carahsoft for the Police Department.
H) Approval of Stormwater Phase II MS4 Permit Program contract renewal with Neel-Schaffer.
I) Requesting Board approval to allow the Governor’s Job Fair Network within the Department of Employment Security use of the Gale Center at no cost to host a job fair on the below dates: January 26 (set up) & 27 (event), 2026: Geared toward persons with disabilities
J) Requesting Board approval of agreement between the City of Hernando and Memphis Basketball, LLC to partner on the “Junior Grizzlies Cubs” youth instructional basketball program for 4-, 5-, and 6-year-old children at the Gatorade Fieldhouse for 8 sessions, meeting once per week January 6, 2026 – February 24, 2026.

 Grants 

10) Approval of Resolution for North Delta Planning and Development District, Inc. to prepare and submit a FY-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Facilities Application with a 60% match for the budgeted project of partial roof and AC project at the Gale Center and possible parking lot and kitchen upgrades and for the Mayor to sign all documents.

11) Approval to a accept the lowest/best bid of $137,869.00 for the Additional Curb and Gutter along Hwy 51 from Allterra Construction, LLC. as recommended by Neel-Schaffer, INC. to finish the legislative funding of the Oak Grove/Highway 51 roundabout project.  (Approximately $94,000 to be funded with Legislative funds and the balance to be paid from the City of Hernando MS Infrastructure Modernization Act Funds)

12) PL-1930 Wilkins C2 Rezoning – Request for a zoning map amendment of 2 parcels for a total of 5 acres, from “AR” to “C2.” The subject property is located on the north side of Christopher Lane, east side of highway 51. George Ready, representing the owner.

13) PL-1931 – Myles Minor Subdivision – Request for final plat approval to combine three lots into one lot of 5.468 acres. The subject property is located on the west side of Memphis Street, south of Green T Road. Kevin Myles, the owner.

14) PL-1941 - Crestview Phase 1 Final Plat – Request for final plat approval for Crestview Phase 1 Residential Subdivision consisting of 28 single family residential lots and 2 common open spaces, zoned PUD, located on the west side of Keenlan Drive, South of Milam Lane Chance Walker. Representing the owner.

15) Tabled November 4, 2025: Requesting Board approval of agreement between the Parks and Recreation & Public Works Departments with current fleet tracking provider, LB Technology and for the Mayor to sign.
