A) Approval of copier/printers 48-month Lease Agreement with Southern Duplicating quoted under the State Contract pricing.
B) Requesting Board approval to enter into an agreement with Argo Entertainment, LLC to produce an Independence Day event with a fireworks show at the Hernando Civic Center on Friday, July 4th, 2026.
C) Based on the professional medical evaluations and recommendations of two licensed veterinarians, approval is hereby requested for the humane euthanasia of K9 Aslan to ensure that K9 Aslan is treated with dignity and compassion.
D) Approval for a food truck at the National Guard Armory for Excel By 5 Touch A Truck event on Saturday, April 3, 2026.
