B) Acknowledge a payment of $8,000.00 that was received by the city, in lieu of the sidewalk requirements for the property located at 2181 Highway 51 N, Nesbit, MS, Hilltop Body Shop and Towing.
C) Board approval of Mt. Pleasant Bike Lanes Time Extension.
D) Approve Jhoanna Veliz and Matthew Graves to attend Fire Dispatch Class in Tupelo, MS on October 7, 2026 and pay for class and travel-class is reimbursable by MS Standards & Training. -Dispatch
E) Surplus and disposal of old double oven from Gale Center Kitchen.

14) PL-1998 Final Plat - Marbella Subdivision – Request for final plat approval of 21 lot on 8.1acres. The subject property is located north of Byhalia Rd and west of Green T Blvd. Luke Zee, owner.
