A) Approval for Sgt. M. Sutton in the Police Dept. to attend Law Enforcement Drone Assoc. Conference 2025 in Framingham, MA. On 8/4-8, 2025and pay all travel expenses.
B) Approval for L. Hall to attend Glock MOS Instructor class in Pearl, MS on 7/29-31, 2025 and pay all registration and travel expenses.
C) Approval for Z. Wallace to attend Police Radar & Lidar Instructor Course in Pearl, MS on 7/16-18, 2025 and pay all registration and travel expenses.
D) Approval for Sports Director, Michael Carson, to travel to Flowood, MS August 2-3, 2025 to attend the Mississippi Soccer Association (MSA) Leadership Summit and cover room, travel, and registration.

F) Approval for the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi to use the parking lot, the kitchen, and a portion of the Gale Center for a food distribution event on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 9:30am – 12:30pm.
G) Approval the PTA of Oak Grove Central Elementary School to use the medium pavilion at Conger Park free of charge on Saturday, July 19, 2025 for the “Popsicles at the Park”.
H) Board approval of a professional services agreement with Grassland, Inc. to provide guidance and direction at the fields at the Hernando Civic Center at Renasant Park.
I) Authority to call Bond #1021004760, with First Security Bank, in the amount of $130,000 provided it is not renewed before July 5, 2025.
