A) Approve D. Sanford and E. Olmi to attend Haz-Mat A&O Course in Pearl, MS at the MS State Fire Academy on September 9, 2025. Also authorize to pay travel and registration.
B) Approve M. Robledo and J. Borden to attend Haz-Mat A&O Course in Pearl, MS at the MS State Fire Academy on November 5, 2025. Also authorize to pay travel and registration.
C) Approval for Lt. Algee and Lt. Dover to attend FBI LEEDA Command Leadership Institute at Germantown PD in Germantown, TN on 11/10-14, 2025 and pay for registration costs.
D) Approval for Det. M. Blevins and Det. D. Hendricks to attend Basic Detective Investigations at Germantown PD in Germantown, TN. On 11/4-5, 2025 and pay for registration costs.
E) Approval for Jade Grissom and Makala Davis to attend MS 911 conference in Biloxi, MS on 10/10-14, 2025 and pay all registration fees and travel costs.

I) Acknowledgement of 2nd and 3rd quarter DeSoto County Stormwater Advisory Committee meeting minutes.
J) Request to waive all permit fees and inspection requirements for the Administration Vestibule project located at 365 Losher St, Hernando MS 38632.
K) Approval of the service agreement with TJ Sipes “Santa Doughboy” and his team, to appear for the 2025 Cookies with Santa event on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.

11) Approval to accept Bank First 4% interest bid for the EWP Grant reimbursement anticipation loan not to exceed $ 682,523.50 and for the Mayor to sign all documents.
12) Resolution declaring September 22-26, 2025 as Stormwater Awareness Week.
13) Requesting the Board to accept and approve the awarded Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant funding by the National Park Service, and administered through the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks and for Mayor Johnson to sign.
14) Discussion of Opioid Settlement funds and the requests from Desoto County and the 21st Circuit Intervention Court
15) Approval to send a letter to the DeSoto County Supervisors requesting ambulance funding.
16) Discussion and possible approval of 2025-2026 Budget and approval to publish.
17) Approval to amend Civic Center/Entergy station annexation ordinance.
