B) Approval for L. Hall and A. Moore to attend MLEOA class in Biloxi 6/8-13, 2025 and pay for all travel expenses.
C) Approval for J. Ward and W. Cunningham to attend MSRO Conference in Biloxi 7/13-18, 2025 and pay for all travel expenses.
D) Authorize J. Early to attend MS Association of Public Fire Safety Educators Conference in Biloxi, MS on June 25-26, 2025 and pay travel and registration.
E) Authorize Tony Ezell to attend Building Officials Conference in Gulfport, MS on June 9-13, 2025 and pay travel and registration.

G) Approval to allow the Governor’s Job Fair Network within the Department of Employment Security use of the Gale Center at no cost to host a job fair on the following dates: May 12 & 13: Geared toward people who have been incarcerated and looking to re-enter the workforce. Proposed rescheduled date from March 31 & April 1, 2025 due to inclement weather.
H) Approval to accept a donation from the Junior Auxiliary of Desoto County to provide a “Character Cabin” to be placed at a location within the Parks Department.
I) Approval to enter into an agreement with the independent contractor, Brooks Lott, to lead the Youth Track and Field instructional Program for Hernando Parks and Recreation during the summer of 2025.
J) Approval to enter into an agreement with Kona Ice to sell concessions at the Hernando Civic Center at Renasant Park during youth baseball, youth softball, and t-ball games for the spring 2025 season.
K) Approval of waiver for a mobile food vendor for a charity event on May 3rd at Lee’s Summitt Park at the fishing rodeo.
L) Approval for RCL receive naming rights to the events lawn, currently under construction at Renasant Park.
• Will be referred to as the “RCL Events Lawn at Renasant Park.”
• Will receive (4) outfield signs at the “Heindl Center for the Performing Arts Baseball/Softball Fields at Renasant Park.” As well as (1) scoreboard logo at the aforementioned complex.
• (1) sign on the Northwest Mississippi Community College Pavilion at Renasant Park
• Six (6) year agreement. Payment of $85,000 will be made upfront
M) Approval to allow the Child Nutrition Department at the Desoto County School District to use the Gale Center, at no cost, for department staff development on July 29th, 2025 from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

10) Approval of MDOT master list selection ROW Technology, Inc from Carthage, MS. for ROW services – Nesbit Square Project and authorization to sign all applicable documents.
11) PL-1882 The Pinnacle at Getwell Farms -Request for a rezoning of 167 acres from A to PUD. The subject property is located on the northwest corner of Getwell Road and the I-269 Interchange, in Section 33, Township 2 South, Range 7 West AERC, representing the owner.
12) PL-1886 – PL-1871 Delta Landing Commercial Subdivision Phase 3 – Request for Final Plat approval of Delta Landing Commercial Subdivision Phase 3 - 1 lot on .54 acres. The subject property is located on the west side of McIngvale Rd and north side of I-269. The property is currently zoned PUD, –Nick Kreunen, Civil Link, representing the owner.
